DISCOUNTS AND REDUCTIONS(upon presentation of a photo ID confirming age):

  • TODDLER – Born in 2022 or later, valid only with the purchase of the same pass at the ticket office by an adult guardian. Rule applies: 1 guardian = 1 child.
  • CHILD – Born in 2018 or later.
  • JUNIOR – Born in 2010 or later.
  • STUDENT – Born in 2000 or later, upon presentation of a valid (stamped) school/university ID.
  • SENIOR – Born in 1966 or earlier.
  • ADULT
  • -5% with the Large Family Card. The discount does not apply to Pingwin PASS, promotional passes, or family tickets. The Card and photo ID must be presented for each purchased ticket/pass.
  • -10% on hourly passes, multi-day passes, and Pingwin PASS for people with disabilities upon presentation of a disability ID card or valid certificate of disability, together with a photo ID.
  • Promotions and discounts cannot be combined. Certain promotions or discounts may exclude others and/or may be valid only for a limited period of time. Such information is always specified in the terms of the given promotion or discount.
  • For organized groups of more than 20 people, price negotiation is possible.

PASS ACTIVATION AND DEPOSIT

  • Time passes may not be used by more than one person – violation will result in blocking the pass without refund for unused time.
  • A purchased time pass must be activated on the day of purchase.
  • 2- and 3-day passes are valid for the number of consecutive days specified on the pass, starting from the date of purchase.
  • Single-ride tickets with a bike can be used on any day during the 2025 bike season.
  • The deposit for a pass is 10 PLN and is refundable in cash only. The deposit is non-refundable in case of damage. In case of loss, no duplicates are issued; however, it is possible to transfer the tariff to a new pass only upon presentation of the purchase receipt.

OTHERS

  • All prices are in PLN. Payments can be made by card or in cash at the ticket offices.
  • In the summer season, the last tourist ride up takes place 15 minutes before the scheduled closing time of the complex.
  • Opening hours may change due to adverse weather conditions or other reasons beyond the control of Kasina Sp. z o.o.
