Before heading out onto the trails, please read the following procedures:
Before entering the trails, we recommend downloading the “Ratunek” app. The app is used to notify GOPR mountain rescue services about an accident and the injured person’s location.
In the event of an accident, the rescue operation is carried out by GOPR. The injured person should notify GOPR about the accident via the app or by calling the emergency number 601 100 300, which is connected to the “Ratunek” app.
It is recommended that the injured person contact the rescue services directly, as they will ask about the injured person’s condition. Direct contact with the rescue services helps shorten the rescue response time.
After the accident is reported, GOPR rescuers organize the rescue operation and call an ambulance if the injured person requires transport to the hospital emergency department.
The minimum arrival time of the GOPR rescue team is 30 minutes.
If the injured person is unable to call for help, witnesses of the accident should do so.
The injured person or witness should also inform Bike Park staff about the accident in order to coordinate the rescue operation and close the trail where the accident occurred.
Witnesses are advised to secure the accident site and warn approaching riders about the accident.
Once the staff have been informed, the trail will be closed at its starting point until the rescue operation is completed.
There are information boards on the trails indicating which trail the injured person is on. Pay attention to them while riding!
Report the accident to Bike Park staff by calling: 789 402 179‼️
MINORS must always have a valid parental consent form to purchase a pass and ride at our Bike Park!
